We are happy you are considering dedicating your child at Vive City Chapel. Our hope in this child dedication process is to not only create a meaningful experience, but also to help you develop the plans and prayers for God to work in your child's life.

Step 1

The first step is to watch the introduction video on this page and then fill out the child dedication form here. (Note: If the form is currently disabled, it means we have not yet scheduled the next Child Dedication event. Please stay tuned for the next one.)

Next you will receive an email from us that will provide the links you need to watch the two video sessions and complete the short assignments.

Step 3

Invite friends and family to celebrate with you as you commit to lead your child into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
